Delete your SecondTry account

You can request permanent deletion from any browser. You do not need to reinstall the Android app.

Delete online

  1. Open SecondTry on the web and sign in to the same account.
  2. Open Account → Privacy & data → Delete account.
  3. Confirm deletion and verify with your email password, Google, or Apple.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@knowflowchat.cn. We will reply with a secure identity-verification path; do not send a password, identity document, purchase token, or full payment details by email.

What is deleted

Your SecondTry account, login identifiers, sessions, mistake cards, original photos, practice sheets, generated files, entitlement records, and remaining usage quota are deleted. Pre-migration database backups age out within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are managed separately. The server attempts to cancel an active Google renewal before deleting account data, but Google Play controls the final store status. Verify or cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions.

如果无法登录，请联系 privacy@knowflowchat.cn。我们会回复安全的身份验证方式；请勿通过邮件发送密码、身份证件、购买 Token 或完整付款信息。

删除范围

我们将删除 SecondTry 账户、登录标识、会话、错题卡、原始照片、练习卷、生成文件、权益记录和剩余额度。迁移前数据库备份将在 30 天内按照《隐私政策》完成轮换清除。

订阅需要单独管理。 服务端会在删除账户数据前尝试取消有效的 Google 续订，但最终应用商店状态由 Google Play 控制。请前往 Google Play 订阅中心确认或取消续订。
